Beautiful hotel right on the waterfront. We had a side view room which had a small balcony and had a good view of the harbour and Bourtzi fortress. Hint: it's only EU5 return on the boat trip and you can stop, explore and return every half hour. Lovely room with all facilities and good breakfast included. Marble foyer and modern attached restaurant for afternoon relaxing and so many other good restaurants in the charming old town. My only gripe is that it's not recommended to drink the tap water in Napflio. They provide a fridge but no "welcome" water bottles for the thirsty travellers, even if you have to BYO later. Otherwise highly recommended, loved Napflio.

The Hotel location is fantastic, overlooking the sea and promenade as well as being in the Old Town. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms have balconies and are spotless. The view from our bedroom was amazing, watching sunsets from it daily and waking up to it again in the morning was something else. We had a corner room which was very spacious with two balconies. We got clean towels daily and bedding was also changed daily. Also has a safe in the room and the lighting was good. The breakfast was basic but all you need. Yoghurt and cereal with fresh fruits, eggs, toast, cheeses etc.

We had a room with a sea view. Very clean and comfortable. After my husband and my son took a stroll on the promenade and checked the restaurants they decided that the hotel restaurant was the one that offered what they liked. We had a lovely meal, our waiter was excellent (sadly I didn't remember his name), he even invented a dessert for my picky husband. Overall very happy with everything. If I'm going to poke holes - the parking is a bit difficult but it's an old town so understandable.

We stayed in Room 207. We enjoyed: The balcony with its excellent view of the Nafplio waterfront, Bourtzi sea castle and sunset; The superb housekeeping staff — our room was kept spotless and smelled fresh every time we returned; The prime location close to shops, bars and restaurants, the Arvanitia promenade, and other attractions; The breakfasts (typical Greek hotel self serve buffet with good coffee and a good selection of food items); The good wifi service

Nice hotel with great sea and castle view, located on the pedestrian street of Napflio. Perfect both for family and couple stay. The hotel has its own restaurant on the groundfloor as well. On New Year's Eve we were offered a delicious menu which was a great choice for us. The dishes were not only very tasty but also the portions were more than generous. The staff was very helpful and caring. All main sightseeing spots are within the walking distance.
